Fall Beauty

Okay, so this isn't the poem I was talking about in my earlier post...but it is one I found from a few years back.

Crisp, fall air gently cools my face.
Vibrant colors surround me in this place.
Red, yellow, orange, and brown.
I sit upon the fallen leaves covering the ground.
In this place of solitude, who could possibly frown?
I sit in the silence and pretend I'm alone.
But smile at the rabbit who crawls out of her home.
I hum along with the birds as they sing their song.
And wish I could stay here all day long.

So true! It absolutely is :) I enjoy so very much curling up with a book or my journal and coffee or tea and enjoying looking out the window and seeing all the leaves gently fall down. One of God's natural life highs!

I agree!
And I love to read books and drink chai! :) It's the perfect combination!
