My 20th Birthday

So this is my last day of being nineteen. Forever. It's so strange that you only get to be nineteen once. It's not strange unless you stop to think about it. No matter what age you are..you only get to be that age once.
Being nineteen was great. :-) It's scary to be turning 20..but I can't wait. I can't wait to see what this year will bring...what God has in store for me. My hope is that through this next year I will grow closer and closer to Him. I feel so young...but so old at the same time. I feel like i've only been alive for a few years...so it's hard to believe that I'm almost twenty. I feel like there's so much I should have done by now..but at the same time doesn't. I could keep going round and round...so I'll just stop here.
I can't wait for tomorrow...and for this new year in my life. :-)
Thank you God for every breath you've given me. Every moment..every heart beat.

The Gravel Road

Here is a video of me playing a song called "The Gravel Road". It's from one of my favorite movies "The Village". I LOVE this song and the way that it feels when i'm playing it.
I decided to learn it for my Grandparent's 60'th wedding anniversary. It didn't go quite as planned...but I made it through without anyone noticing that I skipped almost a full page of the song. Hee,hee! In THIS video though, I managed to only make a few small mistakes...so i'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I hope you enjoy it!

The Beginning

Okay, so this is the first post of my first blog. I have no idea how often my blog will be updated....so I guess we'll just have to wait and see. :)

I just woke up from a nap I was taking while watching Murder She Wrote with my sisters. I am tired right now, but hopefully my Mountain Dew Voltage will wake me up. Yahoo Mountain Dew!!

Hopefully in a little while I will have time to upload some scenery pictures that I took the other day. I haven't even gotten to fully look at them yet...so I hope that they all turned out.
